Tips and Tricks

Use them in moderation and with caution in order not to turn this great power into tyranny.

Keep your herbs and spices in an opaque glass or ceramic container with an airtight lid, in cold, dry, and dark places. Thus, you can keep their incomparable taste much more time.

Boiled broccoli mixed with cream, vegetables bouillon , walnuts, salt & pepper are delicious!

Specialist Salad: green beans, tomatoes and a special dressing made with olive oil and vegetables bouillon.

Add 1 pack of fine Herbs bouillon to tour regular cream cheese and enjoy a tasteful dip.

Spread Fine herbs bouillon over your favourite pasta and surprise your whole family in just few minutes.
Your home made burgers taste better if you add meat bouillon.


Do's and Dont's

Do not cook fish at high temperatures since their nutrients are destroyed. Bake it or steam it, seasoned and sprinkled with Fish Seasoning Alicante.

Do not salt the steak before roasting it. Salt it after being cooked in order that they get browner and more delicious.

Do not peel eggplants before cooking them. When you peel them, they oxidize and get a bitter flavor. Bake the entire eggplant, then peel and serve them with oil, vinegar and Provenzal Alicante (Garlic and Parsley).

Do not put a lid to the containers when frying food to avoid they fry lightly.

Do not salt the home-made hamburguers that you are going to freeze in order to avoid oxidize, instead season them with Alicante Meat Seasoning and Black Pepper.

Do not peel the potatoes for salad before boiling them since they lose most of their nutrients. When cooked and peeled, season with oil, vinegar, Pepper and Salad Seasoning Alicante.

Do not cook over the White Sauce Alicante at high heat to avoid the food sticks on the bottom or on the sides of the container. Always use a wooden spoon.

Do not wash the pie molds with metallic sponges. Only rub them with an absorbent paper and keep them into the cupboard; thus you will avoid scratching them.
