A series of events that started in 1993, gave as a result the creation of the Alicante Friends Club, born as a kind of virtual institution that acts as a communication channel between Alicante and its consumers.

Every year from its beginning, Alicante's friends have had - through the mass media - the opportunity to participate in drawings (travels, new cars) and/or the option of getting presents (ex. Recipe booklets, wooden salad sets, aprons, single tableclothes, etc.); and, in 1998 a communication called "Secrets among us", was created, in which information about the most recent line launches is sent (ex. Samples of bouillon for seasoning), suggestions, recipes, and people is called to participate in competitions and promotions (ex. Mother's Day: "Cook Crunch Chicken"; Friend's Day: "Send a present to your friend in his/her day").

Thus, only in seven years, it has been strengthened a definite bond among the company, brand and consumers, - a strong connection of unusual characteristics - turning this club into one of the most important Consumer Clubs in Argentina.
